Relax with one child-policy in CHINA

The one-child policy has relaxed in CHINA, due to ethnic minorities!!

In China, the parents show favouritism with boys thinking that they are more superior, so some Women have abortions because they don't want a baby girl :(
Which is one of the reasons why the policy has relaxed. The article I have posted above says that 24 million men in China, by the end of the decade will not be able to find a wife, because there is a gender imbalance.
